From 1st March 2018, Women in Logistics is a CILT (UK) forum. CILT has a lot to offer including the opportunity to extend our reach to some 15,000 members in the UK, through the Diversity and Inclusion Sector, of which Women in Logistics is a part. Additionally, our members will benefit from influencing the diversity agenda, through public policy activities as well as growing their knowledge, network and knowhow with a varied range of events and qualifications.
Whilst Women in Logistics understands some of our members will wish to acknowledge their professional status and opt for assessed membership grades, CILT’s entry level grade of eMember is available for £52.00 per year (or £4.33 per month). As a transitioning member benefit, this year’s Women in Logistics Annual Conference, held on 1st November at John Lewis, Milton Keynes, will be without charge (non-CILT members: £80.00), making eMembership a sound choice.
If you would like to find out more about joining CILT as an assessed member, please visit: https://ciltuk.org.uk/Membership/Individual/Individual-Grades
I don’t want to join CILT – what’s next?
Women in Logistics will continue to communicate with both its CILT members and its non-CILT members until 31st December 2018. This includes mailshots, LinkedIn and Twitter updates. After 31st December, these channels will cease and membership of WiL will be exclusively through CILT.
